Coconut and banana ice creams Recipe
Lisa GuyPacked with goodness these delicious creamy ice creams make a healthy treat for after school or dessert.
Flesh from one drinking coconut
1 ½ cups rice milk
2 teaspoons LSA (ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds) or flaxseed oil
2 teaspoons raw organic honey
1 ripe banana
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Pour into ice cream moulds (with sticks) and place in the freezer until set.
Makes around 8 ice creams.
