Flaxseed oil salad dressing Recipe
Lisa Guy
This salad dressing is fantastic for improving digestion. Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice stimulates the production of stomach acids, which helps boost your digestion.
3 tablespoons cold pressed flaxseed oil
1/2 teaspoon tamari
1/2 cup (125 m/41/2 fl oz) lemon juice
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until well combined.
Any excess dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
Makes 1 cup.
