2 cups (200 g/7 oz) rolled oats
2 tablespoons almond flakes
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon linseeds
2 cups (500 ml/ 171/2 fl oz) low-fat milk
1/4 cup (63 ml/21/4 fl oz) 100% apple juice
1 grated apple or pear
1 small mango
1/2 cup (125 g/41/2 oz) natural yoghurt
1 cup (150 g/51/4 oz) strawberries and blueberries

Soak oats, nuts and seeds overnight in milk and apple juice.

When ready to serve mix through yoghurt and fresh fruit.
