1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
1 tsp dried lavender flowers
raw organic honey to taste
slice of lemon

Place herbs in a small saucepan with water and bring to the boil.
Let steep for a couple of minutes, then pour through a strainer into a mug.
Add honey and a slice of lemon, then sit back and enjoy.
