Raspberry and Yoghurt Ice Creams
These creamy ice creams will supply your kids with protein, calcium and vitamin C. Yoghurt is rich in beneficial live bacteria, important for boosting your child’s immunity and digestive health.
1 cup (250 g/9 oz) strawberry yoghurt
1 cup (250 ml/9 fl oz) low-fat milk
2 tablespoon raw organic honey
1/2 cup (75 g/23/4oz) raspberries
Place all ingredients in the blender and then pour into individual ice cream moulds.
Place in the freezer to set and then enjoy.
