How to use:

Determine the length of your hair and how much you have and use enough to get a nice foam going without using so much that you´d be wasting shampoo. A good rule of thumb is to use about a teaspoonful for about every six inches of hair you have. Try not to scrunch up your hair too much as getting the tangles out later can be troublesome!
