If you would like to return a product for exchange or credit note, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).  To be considered for exchange or credit note, we must receive your products in original condition, accompanied by the RAN. The following requirements must also be met:-

All tags must be attached.

Products must not have been worn, or altered in any way.

Products must be returned in the original packaging.

The postage/freight charges for you to send to us for exchange or credit note are at your own cost and expense. We reserve the right to return any returned product if in our opinion the product has been mistreated, abused, used, dry-cleaned, washed or soiled in any way.  Upon receiving the product, we will exchange the product where possible to another product or size, or if such product cannot be exchanged with a suitable replacement, we will provide a credit note.

Please note we will not refund unless a product is faulty, and exchanges are not permitted on sale items unless faulty.
