This delicious smoothie will provide your child with plenty of protein, calcium and vitamin D, needed for healthy growth and development of bones and teeth.

1 ½ cup almond milk or low-fat milk
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon LSA (ground linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds)
1 Tablespoon natural muesli
1-2 teaspoons raw organic honey
A pinch cinnamon
Some ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Serves two.
