This delicious smoothie makes a perfect healthy breakfast on the run or after school snack – packed with protein, antioxidants and beneficial fats. 11/2 cups (375 ml/13 fl oz) rice milk 2 tablespoons natural or vanilla yoghurt 1 ripe banana 4 strawberries 1 teaspoon raw organic honey 1 heap teaspoon LSA (ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds) ice cubes Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and well combined.
