Hormones and how they work (or should!)
Can someone please explain this to me?

I understand the basics but I've never quite "got" the whole rising and falling levels at different times. Which ones rise and which ones fall? What *is* an imbalance, exactly. :lol What changes duing pregnancy. What about menopause...what about after menopause. How do these jolly irritating hormones know when to start their strange cycles??

Hehe, if your answer is really good, perhaps you'll get a minty.

Meredith.... do you want to pm me your address and I will send you the book that I mentioned in your other thread - it talks about hormones and diet and treatments etc.. you can borrow it and see if it has anything that could be helpful - it actually has a three page section on managing excess eostrogen with diet changes Smile
