Ingredients 250g floury potatoes, chopped 250g Sweet pot, peeled, chopped 1 cup peas 400g can of lentils, drained 3 spring onions 1tsp ground cumin 1tsp ground coriander 1tblsp sweet chilli sauce 2 tblsp coriander, chopped 1 egg white 1 cup, wholegrain breadcrumbs 1tblsp sesame seeds olive oil spray Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 200c. Cook potato and sweet potato in large pot of boiling water until soft. Mash. Put mash in large bowl with peas, lentils spring onions, cumin, coriander, chilli sauce, fresh coriander and egg white. Mix with hands until well combined. Shape into 6 patties and roll in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Place on baking tray and spray with olive oil. Bake for 30-40 mins or until crisp.
