Small Blessings offers classes in Pregnancy Yoga and Mama Baba post-natal yoga in Perth Shenton Park and the Fremantle area. Pregnancy Yoga classes are for stretching and strengthening, deep calm and relaxation and fostering the natural connection with your baby. Coming regularly to class is the perfect ongoing birth preparation – being encouraged and practising using your breath and focus to move through the birth in an empowered and confident way, whatever kind of birth you are planning. Sharing and exploring on important themes is also an element of each class. Long sessions (1 3/4 hours) allow for a full, rounded experience.
